We offer a real 365 day service to support our customers

At RS Agri, our care to you, the customer, doesn’t stop as soon as you buy the machine. We pride ourselves on our aftersales service to our customers. With a wealth of experience, our staff are here to help you with your needs.

Whether that is how to operate the machine, order spare parts, book your machine for a service or how to maintain the machine properly, our staff are here at your disposal. With our standard office and servicing work hours being 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, our staff are always available to help you. If you need our assistance outside these hours, an engineer is always on call, however, all work is charged at a higher rate.

We have nearly every part for a RS Agri diet feeder on the shelf, ranging from a auger or gearbox to a bearing; we can supply all parts for Monday to Saturday courier or pallet delivery. Needing the parts quicker than that? All parts can be collected from us 7 days a week.
