At RS Agri, our care to you, the customer, doesn’t stop as soon as you buy the machine. We pride ourselves on our aftersales service to our customers. With a wealth of experience, our staff are here to help you with your needs.
Whether that is how to operate the machine, order spare parts, book your machine for a service or how to maintain the machine properly, our staff are here at your disposal. With our standard office and servicing work hours being 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, our staff are always available to help you. If you need our assistance outside these hours, an engineer is always on call, however, all work is charged at a higher rate.

On-site specialist stainless steel welding
We offer on-site specialist stainless steel welding for all makes of diet feeder. We only use 316 marine grade stainless steel which has excellent corrosion resistance and is extremely hard wearing, which is ideal for diet feeders including ones used in commercial situations – blending plants, biogas enterprises & specialist mixing plants.
