Built upon years of experience in the diet feeder sector, we believe we have designed a diet feeder that offers a total solution of feeding, for the UK farmer. EVO-MIX ranges from 10-46m³, and is available in three different models – single, twin & triple.

We have taken on board the comments & views of UK farmer’s, & those experienced in using diet feeders. This has enabled us to offer the best in terms of mixing all ingredients in the most varied of on-farm solutions. Designed in the UK and built to a high specification using the highest quality materials, each machine is specified and built to suit each individual customer requirements.

Standout Features

► Optimum Height Augers

Having full width & optimum height augers, means the material is brought higher up the tub, giving you a more homogenous mix. Using smooth flighted augers results in needing less power to drive the diet feeder as well as saving fuel & tractor hours. With these factors, EVO-MIX gives you a great mix & saves you time & money.

► Cross-Over Auger System

The system to helps mix the ingredients together, which gives a more homogenous mix. The system is fitted to twin & triple machines & is where the augers overlap each other, to move the mix round the tub in a figure of eight fashion. Overlapping augers, doesn’t just give a more homogenous mix, it can cut mixing time, as ingredients will be mixed quicker.

The EVO-MIX was designed in the UK with UK farmer’s in mind. Using our experience in diet feeders & with recommendations from operators, we have designed EVO-MIX to make the farmer’s job easy & stress free. EVO-MIX is the best diet feeder for the UK farmer.

► Marine Grade Stainless Steel

Unlike some of our competitors, who use a stainless steel alloy, our EVO-MIX machines have 316 marine grade stainless steel options. This will increase the life of your machine, by reducing wear on the mixing components.

EVO-MIX Diet Feeder Models

EVO-MIX Single Diet Feeder

The EVO-MIX single is a compact designed diet feeder ranging from 10-16m³. It is ideal for tight buildings & doorways; having a short chassis makes manoeuvring through them quick & easy.

EVO-MIX Twin Diet Feeder

The EVO-MIX twin ranges from 18-30m³ & is for larger units making multiple loads daily or smaller herds where all mixing is done in one load. With some of the great EVO-MIX features, it can handle any situation it is out in.

EVO-MIX Triple Diet Feeder

The EVO-MIX triple ranges from 36-46m³ & is designed to feed a large number of cows with one mix. With some great EVO-MIX features – optimum height augers, cross-over auger system & high-quality materials, the EVO-MIX triple can handle anything you throw at it!

EVO-MIX N Diet Feeder

The EVO-MIX N ranges from 10-21m³ & is available in single & twin machines. If your buildings, doorways or passageways are too narrow to fit a standard machine through, then the EVO-MIX N range is perfect for you. With a total machine width of 2260mm, the EVO-MIX N can fit through most narrow buildings, doorways or passageways.

EVO-MIX S Diet Feeder

If you need a machine built to a specific height or size, then the EVO-MIX S range is the one for you. The EVO-MIX S range can be specified to your exact requirements. It is available for single, twin & triple machines

Unloading Options

All machines are available with different unloading options to suit your feeding requirements. All conveyors & elevators are fitted with external bearings to aid belt maintenance.

Below are the different unloading options, we offer:

► Discharge door – Multiple available positions

► Discharge door with elevator – 0.8-1.7m elevator length

► Full cross conveyor – Front or rear fitment

► Cross conveyor with elevator – 0.8-1.7m elevator length

► Sliding cross conveyor – Slides out 350mm to each side

► VariLift cross conveyor – Slides out or elevate to each side

Axle Options

All machines are fitted with braked axles as standard. Single auger machines have 300 x 90 brakes & twin & triple auger machines have 406 x 120 or 420 x 180 S-cam commercial brakes.

Below are the different axle options, we offer:

► Single axle – 8 or 10 studs depending on machine size

► Tandem axles – Spreads load giving better weight transfer

► Tridem axles – Twin dual mode steering axles gives a tight turning circle

► Buggy axle – Lows machine height & available on 10-14m³ machines

► Dual mode steering axle – Aids turning circle & increase tyre life

► Positive steering system – More responsive than a steering axle

All machines have different wheel options depending on road work, load carried & if the machine needs to be lowered or raised to fit a building or trough. Multiple thread patterns are available for each wheel.

Marine Grade Stainless Steel Options

Unlike some of our competitors, who use a stainless steel alloy, we only use 316 stainless steel. Our different stainless steel options allow you to tailor the machine to your needs & budget.

Below are the different stainless steel options, we offer:

► 12mm or 18mm auger edging bar (standard on all machines)

► 3mm thick auger outer strip

► 3mm thick auger overlay

► 3mm thick tub floor overlay

► 3mm thick tub liner to 1.0m or 1.5m

► 8mm thick tub wall to 1.0m or 1.5m
